Rowena is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia. She graduated from the massage therapy program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Her previous work experience as a Registered Pharmacy Technician led to her journey of compassion and desire to be an RMT to help others.

She strives to create unique, individualized, collaborative, safe and tailored treatment plans to be both therapeutic and/or relaxation to meet the client’s goals towards their well-being. Her therapeutic approach includes hot stones, Instrumental Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)-certified, myofascial release, Swedish massage, trigger points, deep tissue, muscle energy technique, stretching, and hydrotherapy.

Rowena enjoys being out in nature, hiking, yoga, rock climbing, fishing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends and our dog Milo.
